Pyramid selling

I have been living in Egypt for the past 6 months to try and make my state pension stretch as I couldn't afford to run my house in the UK. Sadly my health has plummeted and Myrtle the Pekingese dog is suffering with the heat so we are going to have to try and get home. Since money is going to be a huge issue I am hoping to get a place in an almshouse but it is pretty isolated. I am looking for a really reliable tiny car - only needs room for me and the dog. I would consider new or second hand but have no idea about cars other than that they have wheels and you point them in the direction you want to go. I really can't afford to make a mistake with this so could you please make some recommendations as to what car would suit and how much it would cost. If you can recommend a source to purchase it I would be very grateful. I am likely to need to buy before the end of the year.

The smallest, cheapest car that is any good and that has proper folding rear seats to carry a dog is the KIA Picanto 1.0. New, from about £6,000. £35pa tax. 50+ mpg. Used from about £3,000. Best bought new.
