Cooling off, period

I have a 2005 Vauxhall Zafira 1.8 16v. The heating system in the car is working, but when you turn the dial to cool air it doesn't blow cool. It’s warm. When you turn on the air con it stays the same and doesn't get any cooler. Do you have any idea what it might be?

The a/c has probably lost its refrigerant. A re-gas might solve it. If the seals have failed you will lose the gas again, but a dye in the gas will show where the failed seal is so it can be identified and repaired.
