  Friday a local authority senior citizens bus went past. One passenger on it and the drive happily texting away. Today a Zafira on the school run, driver and 6 kids in it, none wearing belts.

  I'm sure any petrol heads going through any major UK airport in the last few years has seen these "win a supercar" competitions. £60 a ticket for the supercar or £25 for the sports car, run by www.bestofthebest.co.uk Does anyone know of any winners personaly? Or know what the odds are of winning?

   I bought a 1 series bmw  diesel back in may, my 1 concern is the terrible tramlining it suffers on many of the b roads i travel on sometimes under braking even vearing of line if the surface is uneven aswell , it runs on 225-45 17S is this a common occurence and is there any cure ?

  We can' take up our minds as to wether or not downsize to a new Fiesta or Up from the 2003 Volvo V70. It's running fine with 172k on the clock and not worth much as a trade in I imagine. Keep the Volvo or change to one of Fiesta or Up?

  I have a 1950 Morris Oxford.  The coil heats up after running her for a while...I've put a new coil on but it's heating up as well.  What would cause the coil to heat up?  The car stalls and stops when the coil gets very hot.  Thanks

  car started to misfire the other day after running on fumes. ive cecked the coils and it stall no matter which one i dettach. it misfires all the time but is still driveable and then the service light comes on and off. you can feel the difference as if the clog clears then blocks again.

  S I made my decision. Citigo it was going to be....until I went to the dealer. Apparently they're running a special offer and the two models are the same price. Any suggestions? I will be using the vehicle for city driving and want something with a high MPG. Thanks!

  Locks it up and goes into the store. Lovely quiet engine. He didn't notice but people walking past noticed.. The engine was still running! Who (apart from the French) could design a car that'll do that?

  my  2009 bmw 320d  starts ,runs ,drives fine but occasionally a shudder seems to start at the back then slowly goes !  iv been told could be a bush ! but this seems very unlikely  i wondered if could be the traction control acting up ?

  When vehicle is stood ticking over, it looses all power and wont rev at all. Once turned of and started again it runs fine! Does anybody have an idea what the problem could be?

  2007 mini cooper d, oil pressur light on, runs ok when cold no light on, heats up and of course light on and starts knocking, no oil getting to the top?? is it worth putting a new oil pump in and seeing if it will sort it long enough to sell?? or is it shagged??

  The heater control  in my 98 fiesta keeps mucking about , you put it about half way but the heat just gets hotter. So you turn it down but it stays hot. Is the control unit electrical? or run off cables? Any help much appreciated..

  my wifes polo has got 60000 on the clock well serviced all ok untill this morning,she put the wipers on and it was like she had a flat battery.they intermittently got across the windscreen,the engine was running and eveything else was ok,the washer worked fine any ideas,many thanks

  car running lumpy and jerking more at slow speeds.......egr valve fitted and drives really  smooth now....just like a new motor   2001 Y. This problem showed on the faults when plugged in...all fault codes now erased.
