Vauxhall Crossland X - Dealership ripping me off re fuel? 22 Nov 2019 (Forum)
The whole tank cost £44 from red to full tank. So I emailed the, saying I think there may have been a mistake and the £50 of fuel not put in - the response I got was along the lines of new cars arrive with so little fuel, they have known people break down between the dealership and petrol station and it was because the fuel lines were empty so it absorbed so much fuel. -
Peugeot 407 (2004 - ) - 05 2.0HDi depollution/additive system fault 4 Feb 2016 (Forum)
I did research and it is linked to additive system. Is P2408 relative to P1435? I noticed when I remove the fuel cap (both magnets present) and put it back the additive system pump starts work in about 5min and fluid goes to the fuel tank (as I have disconnected additive fluid pipe from fuel tank to check) is it mean that fuel filler cap sensor and cap is not faulty? -

You can only feel this happenning at 40mph+. The fuel pump will stop engaging intermittently when you turn the ignition key. This continues to get worse until the fuel pump never engages. I cannot believe that the fuel pump is the underlying problem again! -

Shell V-Power NITRO+ premium 7 Jun 2015 (Forum)
This innovation enables inclusion of a new, breakthrough component designed to help prevent wear in critical engine parts. The new premium fuel also helps protect critical fuel system components from corrosion, destroys gunk left behind by lower quality premium gasoline; it then acts like a barrier to protect against gunk, wear and corrosion.
