my 406 hdi exec estate 2.0 hdi

purchased in 2008 as a trade in at a local garage with 158,000 miles as a 7 year old car it had worked for a living, still own the car in 2020 and with regular oil changes and cambelts, brakes, tyres her mileage today is 395,000 miles,it broke down one day, because the battery needed replacing...... the only time, the rest a new clutch at 270 k,and very little else, no rust
getting perilously close to 400,000 miles,on same engine and gearbox,it runs as good as ever,
massive load space, still near 50 mpg...... i love it to bits,,,
how many cars out there will run for so long with total reliability today? i doubt there are any atall
the best car of its time, possibly of all time
