Dacia launches scrappage scheme on Duster

Dacia has launched a scrappage scheme, offering savings of up to £1000 on the Duster.

Dacia's scrappage scheme gives a discount of up to £1000 off a new Duster, which can be combined with the existing range of four-year PCP or Hire Purchase finance offers. These offers also include a deposit contribution of up to £1250, plus a free five year warranty.

Trade-in cars must be Euro 4 standard or older, registered by 31 December 2009 and owned in the customer's name for more than 90 days. The scheme will run until 31 December 2017.

It's not available on the basic Access model, but the Ambiance is available with a £1750 saving on finance, while the - the SE Summit - comes with a £2250 saving on finance. It also includes a five year warranty.

Cheap junk cars were scrap to begin with. You should have to pay to have them taken away.
*cue all the people who know nothing about cars or have never driven a decent one in the last two decades bleating about how great their Dacia is.
