Nissan dealerships may have the 'perfect family motor'

Mon, 10 Aug 2009
Motorists looking at buying a car that will be suitable for transporting the whole family around may want to pay a visit to their local Nissan dealership.

According to the manufacturer, its Qashqai+2 should prove attractive to mums and dads for a number of reasons.

It stated families feeling the pinch as a result of the recession will not have to break the bank to purchase the model, with prices starting at £15,600.

The group also claimed the seven-seater offers great views no matter where passengers end up sitting.

However, it also suggested buyers would not be forced to compromise on style in order to enjoy high levels of practicality.

Paul Willcox, managing director, stated: "For many families the Qashqai+2 is the perfect tool."

In other motoring news from Nissan, the manufacturer recently described its battery-powered Leaf model as the first "affordable, zero-emission car" in the world.

The company claimed the vehicle made the reality of green motoring a more realistic possibility for drivers across the globe.
