Jaguar improves XJ range

Thu, 04 Dec 2008
People looking at buying a car may want to consider the XJ range from Jaguar.

The manufacturer has announced it has added a variety of features at no extra cost to its customers.

Among the upgrades are heated front seats and more leg room throughout.

In addition to this, the carmaker claimed it had redesigned the seating so that it is more comfortable and offers extra support.

On the Sovereign model, buyers will also find it comes with air-cooling as standard.

Geoff Cousins, managing director of Jaguar in the UK, commented: "Within the large premium sector, the updated XJ range offers even more outstanding value-for-money for the luxury customer who seeks refinement and dynamic performance, combined with a competitive fuel economy."

Prices for the Executive 2.7-litre diesel start at £44,599, while the Sovereign 2.7-litre diesel costs from £50,472.

In other related motoring news, Ian Callum from Jaguar recently won the Walpole Award for British Luxury Design Talent.
