Freeriders come with a 1.2-litre, 12V 70 PS engine which delivers a 139g per km of CO2, while the Sportrider is a 1.9-litre TDI offering 132g per km of CO2.

Both vehicles come with Climatronic air conditioning as well as heated and folding door mirrors and 16-inch alloys.

In addition, the vehicles come in one of a number of metallic colours including Luna Grey, Track Grey, Candy White, Emocion Red and Black Magic.

"I'm sure that with the arrival of these new cars and the great levels of style and specification they offer, we will see even more interest in the weeks and months ahead," commented Seat head of marketing Steve Robertson.
