The new Land Rover Defender 130 features an extended body providing space for three rows of seats and up to eight adults, making it one of the most versatile 4x4s on the market today.

Like the regular Land Rover Defender 90 and 110, the Defender 130 will be available with a range of electrified engines, including mild-hybrid six-cylinder petrols (badged the P300 and P400) as well as the 3.0-litre diesel D300. All are fitted with Land Rover's intelligent all-wheel drive system and eight-speed ZF automatic gearbox as standard, as well as electronic air suspension and the brand's advanced Terrain Response system.

In terms of trim levels, buyers will be offered a choice of HSE, X-Dynamic SE, X-Dynamic HSE and X specifications, as well as a special First Edition model.

Prices start from £73,895 for a Land Rover Defender 130 P300 AWD Auto X-Dynamic SE, while the range will initially top out with the Defender 130 P400 AWD Auto X (which starts at £100,645).
