Peugot 207 1.4hdi (2007) - Oil leak

Peugot 207 1.4hdi (2007) - Oil leak - hylo
Had 4 new injectors fitted, couple of days later started with oil leak, took it back to garage who said it had nothing to do with injectors being fitted and that the oil leak is from the camshaft, is this true???
