Peugeot 206 1.4 - No heat from heater - loadsofpugs

Car started overheating a couple of weeks ago, came in to me I changed the thermostat then had a big problem bleeding cooling system. Anyway the long & short of it is no heat from heater & radiator not getting hot & car will start to overheat again. Cylinder temp 97 Block temp 67 Heater hoses temp 13. My next idea is water pump impeller failure.

Or head gasget blown most likely if the water pump is in one piece.

If the radiator is not getting hot you could have put the thermostat in the wrong way round, otherwise the water is not reaching it because of air in the system, its either not bled properly or as mentioned the head gasket is leaking or the water pump has failed.

Thermostat is the one piece plastic housing type can only be fitted one way. Car has done 100k so I am going to do timing belt and water pump

Remove the water pump to see if it is ok if not then I would suggest the HG I fail to see what changing TB would achieve (that is to cure the problem) .

You need t remove TB to change water pump also the car has done 104k and no history of TB change
