honda Civic - Clocked Honda displaying half the mileage - injection doc

does anyone rememer a poster that had tried to buy a Honda Civic but had his doubts about the mileage and when he got a report on the car the mileage was double what it was advertised for sale at.

The poster posted a copy of the vehicle history as well.

Some information has come to light and would be good to get hold of the original poster.

I have tried to search the site quite extensivley ?
