vw touran 1.9 tdi 105s - "sticky gear change" - gbcen9

Hi can anyone advise i have just purchased a used vw touran on thursday when i first drove it it seemed fine but now i have noticed that the gear change between gears is "sticky" especially 1st and 2nd.

The clutch seems fine i.e the biting point is low if this is a indicator

Any ideas what this could be???
