I took out an online policy with this company in the middle of May. I fortunately downloaded the relevant documents almost immediately, since when, that is, for more than six weeks, I have been unable to access the site using my email address and password. Despite many telephone calls to the company the issue remains unresolved and I'm led to believe that there is a general problem with this new product. I can find no reference to this on any forum or blog, so I suspect that they are telling me porkies. Is anyone else having similar problems?
