Ford Focus Estate - Build delays - skiking

I put in an order last week for a Ford Focus Estate 1.6 ecoboost. Just had a call from the dealer saying its going to be a 3 month delay as Ford are only building 1.0 ecoboost engines....is this true or dealership bull ?

they will be able to tell you the current availability for any given vehicle.

It may simply be that demand for the 1.6 Ecoboost in Mondeo and Kuga/Escape is outstripping supply.
