any - The Sun. attack on nhs cars - oldroverboy
In The Sun there is an attack on the use of some cars provided by the nhs scheme under the salary sacrifice scheme. If swmbo uses this scheme she loses salary, still pays BIK so the taxpayer is no worse off, she does not have a car presently, so if the hospital want to send her elsewhere for consultations they do not have pool cars so have to pay for taxis! I do wish the headline grabbers would consider this, and also consider the lower grade staff who are poorly re-imbursed for their essential use. we have given up using my car to take her to anywhere as the costs are no longer covered.
