BMW E39 - ABS Alarm - malek

I have intermittent ABS alarm comes on. Diagnostic shows throttle body issue. After replacing throttle body, it was ok for a week or so. Then it comes on again. Each time it happens, i ll will plug out and plug in the sensor for the air intake. This works for a while. I notice it normally happens during traffic jam. Any ideas please?

Very common problem on all E39s is the ABS module goes faulty causing the ABS light to come on sometimes the other less likley fault isone of the ABS hub sensors.

Forgot to mention that once the ABS light comes on, the EML light will follow causing jerking in engine and cant accelerate too.

Ops.. made a big confusion here. Actually not the ABS light , its the ASC light that comes on followed by EML. Truely sorry for the wrong info..

You need to take the where it can plugged into a proper BMW dianostic machine there are to many alternative reasons for the problem.Just a long shot have put incorrect size wheels or tyres on recently.
