peugeot 306 dt - peugeot stop light - frogmarch

hi got peugeot 306 dturbo on p plate and the stop light on dash is on and just noticed that the cooling fans are on though the temp gauge is normal could it be sensor on radiator or something more thanks

Presumably you have checked the water level?

What other light is on?

STOP comes on with safety/critical component warninigs eg engine oil, coolant, brake faults etc.

there is no other lights on just cooling fans the temp gauge is at 70
