I work for a Ford main agent and see a lot of these Connects, they really are a cracking van with no real vices. the fleet users hand out wicked abuse to them and they take it in their stride, ford got this one right from the start.

Only things worthy of note are front wheel bearings and the exhaust doesn't seem to last the course, had the odd one with EGR failure where the water cooler has allowed coolant into the engine, offen wrongly diagnosed by the ignorant as a failed headgasket.

Other than the occasional one with broken wires these really are bullit proof, buy a good one and it will serve you well for years
