Peugeot 307 SW - Strange white substance around airvents - CLA68

Hi All,

I'm hoping this is just my paranoia kicking in, but I've just purchased a 307 SW 2.0 HDi 136 '56' plate.

I noticed a strange white substance around the air vents this morning, and cannot fathom what it is, I'm sure the interior was clean before and this stuff seems to have come from nowhere.

I can't find anything on the WWW so I'm putting it out there for someone to hopefully help me.

Any ideas? Mould maybe? Anything I can do to check what it might be aside from cleaning it off and seeing if it comes back?
