I have just started getting a "abs failure fault light " appearing on the dash, it cleared for a few days, then returned.

Most likely due to poor conections on one or more sensor leads. Follow the leads from the sensors to the loom connectors, give them a clean and a smear of grease.

Hi,

Are you sure it's the ABS light? It's a common fault for the airbag light to flash.

Hi... have a look at my postings.

I had this problem and it turned out to be, as someone suggested, a wiring fault, which I managed to resolve.

Oddly, searching for ABS fault doesn't bring up the threads for me.

Search on author only - Whatdowepayourroadtaxfor - in the 'technical matters' section, 'all dates'
