crusie control and air bag fault does point more towards the "clock spring" or squib as it should be called. Diagnostic check should enlighten further.
steering angle sensor again can be checked with diagnostics, unlikley to cause crusie control and air bag light fault.
If the steering angle sensor is replaced it does have to be calibrated, it relates to Stability control and braking, it calculates the turn of the steering when braking and compensates accordingly but more so if cornering to excess. Difficult to discribe but along those lines.
Diag check first ! by someone that knows what they are doing !
