I buyed used car with dealer and day one gear selecting was stiff and then one week after dealer call me service centre for repair,After repair two days was ok gear selecting then afer two four days I had a minor accident when passing roundabout because suddenly gear selecting stiff from 5th to 2 nd gear, then after insurance company short it out repair and again I went with dealer and i explain him I had a accident because gear selecting stiff then He was not accepting any thing. Then I rejected car after 4 weeks and sent letter to HP company and Dealer for refund but they refuse refund and give replcement car which is they say like for like base but It was easytronic automatic,That car is toatally unacceptable bec that easytronic gear change time it was jerking and engine noise too much.So now what option i have to choose? Anybody can Help me please.
