hi just wondering if any one can answer this i have a renault 2 1.9 dci 56 plate the other day the windscreen and rear washers stopped working at the same time so has the fag lighter

i have checked the fuse as per the book thats ok it has power in and out also checked the power feed and earths to both units and no powers

my question is do these cars have a control relay of some sort like peugeots
