Hi everyone i have had my modeo for a year now and when i got it everythink was good with the car but the last 4 to 5 months i have had this noise coming from the engine.

It sounds like the engine is straing/ like im going up a hill in 5th gear. it sounds like a vibrating noise. The car drives fine still but it is quite loud

I think it is coming from under where the air filter goes.

if anyone can help i would be gratefull. Thanks for looking
