Renault Clio - Licence / Insurance Mismatch - J4cques

Just had a prang in my Clio.

My V5 and Tax address details are at my home address, but my driving licence is currently registered to an address I rent 3 days a week, away from home.

My car is generally at my home address.

Should I change my details? or should I fess up to the insurer? Can insurer check when address details were changed on DVLA database?

DVLA have advised they can change it for me within 10 working days.
