Land Rover Discovery ES Premium Auto - Landrover Disco chugging engine - James Collard

My Landy (75000 miles) has an 'interesting' chugging effect on the entire car, but this only happens after having gone 5-10 miles. If I stop in traffic or at lights it feels like the whole car is shaking with an engine effect. It's remarkably similar to an engine not firing on all cylinders. A similar effect is felt if I try to accelerate harshly. I've had the torbo renewed recently, but the car was doing this before the turbo change. Do I have a fault that develops only after some sort of heat expansion? Does anyone have any helpful clues?
