Vehicles are a major contributor to the the world from a positive perspective? Most times when thinking about the contributions of a vehicle to the world the first thing which comes to mind is pollution, waste, or traffic. Well recently more and more attention has grown around the contributions
vehicles are making once they are no longer needed. Vehicles are being recycled for their parts which are then used on other vehicles. The metal itself is used by companies around the world as steel is recycled.
Donations, however are making one of the larger impacts to our society. An old beat up car, which may seem to have no value at all can be sent to a charity service, which in turn will use the car for various purposes. These purposes can range from using the vehicle as a transport car for a charity organization, to selling the vehicle to a general buyer or one of the recyclers and then using the proceeds for charitable purposes. The donation is also fully tax deductible. Andrew Schwartz at MyCarHelps.com, explains in an interview “We have seen some real money come out of some real clunkers and that money goes a long way when sent to charities. There are so many cars out there which are no longer really needed, whether they have a lot of value to them or almost no value at all which can be used to benefit charities. So many people are unaware of the value they still have.” He goes on to explain, “Why not take a tax deduction and do some good at the same time. Everyone wins in this scenario.
