Assume it`s just a matter of removing the wheel,plastic arch liner, wing fixing-bolts from inside door-shut recess?,inner wing top bolts+split old sealant on both areas&then bumper bolts.You may be able to remove the old wing without shifting the bumper which then will give you a good idea of how to remove bumper fixings from both sides and then the centre fixings so you can detach bumper to attach your shiny new wing with ease.Use sealant on top&side attachment areas to prevent ingress of corrosive agents.
