How to get V5?

How to get V5? - giedrius1

Hello everybody,

I have a question? I bought a car in copart auction. It's categody D but doesn't have V5? I found some information that i should send V62 to DLVA to get V5. But on the form i see that i should give them only UK adress and this is a big problem for me because i'm not living in UK. Maybe i should just ignore and give them my home adress (in Lithuania) . Do you know if they are sending V5 abroad?

How can i find my local office if i live in Lithuania?:)

Or maybe i dont understand local office meaning. It's DLVA office closest to your living place. Am i right?
