Peugeot 307 - Dipped beam headlamps

Peugeot 307 - Dipped beam headlamps - Mahendra

I have to change dipped beam headlamps once every six or seven months.

Is that normal if not can you give me advice how I can avoid repalcing quite often?

Do not use cheap bulbs or bulbs that are to high a wattage and what ever you do do not touch them.

Thanks for your advice however I paid like £4 or 5, how expensive this can be? Does it depend on brand. I have actually followed manual instruction book. It should contain right information.

Also check the voltage across your battery with the engine running, it shouldn't be more than about 14.3 volts. Vibration can cause the lamps to fail as well.
