Jaguar x type manual 2.5l 4wd - Grinding noise while steering - sudy

I have a jaguar x type 03 plate 2.5 4wd, it has developed a grinding noise when turning left and right in gear (noticeable in first or second gear) it sounds like the wheel is rubbing. But I know it's not!
Has anybody experienced this problem or van anyone give me an idea of what it might be / cost?!

Likelies:

1. power steering pump.. check no leaks and fluid is full

2. Loose power steering - worn bushes - see if it moves when turning wheel stationary. (help needed).

3. Gearbox output bearings

4. Drive shafts

5. Wheel bearings..

6. Suspension top bearings or bottom swivels..

7. Broken coil spring (s?)

8. Bulges in tyre walls.

etc..
