Hello every one,
I would highly appreciate if anyone shed some light on my very frustrating problem. I have VW polo 1.4L - V Reg car, done 83000 miles on the clock. I wonder whether the car is coming to end of its life. About 9 months ago, clutch was the problem. Hence I changed the clutch with Mr. Clutch. Around 18 months ago, changed the electrical system with Autodirect. Now the car is very jerky at all the gears, very frustrating especially at roundabouts it strolls. Very noisy too. Gives noise when changing gears. Taken to Mr.clutch, says that as I have missed a free test for the clutch, it cannot be sorted out now as the warranty is invalid. I know nothing about the mechanical matters of the car. I am wondering what to do.
I serviced the car around a year ago, it is due for service and MOT in September. I am sure the car will surely fail MOT.
What could be the problems.? Is there anyway to cheaply sort out the problem, as personally I feel the car is at the end of its life. Hoping to move on to a new car, but I want this car running atleast for next 6 - 8 months.
Thank you
