Vauxhall Astra H - Astra error code - kithmo

A chap at work has a light come on, on his dash, which is a picture of a car with a spanner on it. It came on after a servcie. I thought it was a "Oil service due" light but apparently not, according to the Vauxhall technician. I put a diagnostic reader on and it showed a C1555 code (with no description) as being stored twice and active twice. Anyone know what the light is and what the code represents ?

year, model, engine code would be nice, car with spanner means it's a non emmision related fault, if you could post the details i will try to help

Using a combination of accel & Brake pedal Press whilst turning the ignition on, I got "ECN218217" code appearing in the odometer.

Car is 2008, 1.6 petrol, engine code: Z16XER

p2182 is engine temp sensor fault c1555 i am unable to find but if you are having problems with the vehicle then being a 2008 car assuming it has less than 60k its under warranty, Regards TB

It is being sorted under warranty now, the Vx techy has sussed it.
