01 3.1 slight play in rear wheels!!! help please - rudygrandcherokee

ive not long had this jeep and a week ago i noticed if felt abit strange when i went around corners,it felt like it skipped out abit,when i got home i pushed and pulled on the top of the rear wheel and there was some movement in it,ive checked the wheel nuts and they are fine and i was wondering if anyone has any suggestions

There is a degree of end float on the rear wheel bearings in these, It should be sensed rather than glaringly obvious. Usually only becomes a problem when the hub moves so far away from the ABS sensor it triggers the fault light. Get your nearest Jeep dealer to have a feel.
