Hello
While scanning the car, an error message was found:

Engine code: AZM 2.0 L Simos/ 85kW

Any Idea of the problem? Do i need to replace the Air Injection System?
Do I need to offer my home for sale for that?

Check the 40A fuse and the 373 relay [both in the engine bay box] before powering the pump directly as a test. Use a fused feed!

They do fail and they are mortgage territory.

Perhaps I should have clarified that the "373 relay" is the one with 373 actually printed on it.
