Looking for a Saab unfair contract thread - horatio

Helo,
I remember reading a thread here (more than a year ago), about I think a saab convertible, and the guy put a deposit down then changed his mind, said he wanted out, they said ok but we keep the deposit. He disagreed and noticed XYZ in the contract was unfair. He threatened legal action and at the eleventh hour they capitulated.

I have searched high and low and cannot find it. If anyone knows the thrwead I am on about maybe you can find it for me, or tell me it was deleted for XYZ reason.
