Hi All,

The steering wheel in my 206 is looking a bit shabby so was looking to fit another one, after looking on flea-bay i noticed a leather one for the GTI model i think it came off an 03 plate, what i would like to know is would that fit my 99 model? and is it easy enought o fit?

should fit fine, to remove, disconnect battery there will be two torx screw on the back of the wheel you access by turning the wheel to one side or the other, once these are out the airbag will come out, unclip it's connector and put somewhere safe. then undo the big nut in the middle, leave it on a couple of threads and give the wheel a quick tug and it should release, then undo the horn connections horn may need to be done before nut removal

Leave the battery disconnected for a while before removing wheel though - capacitators storing an electrical charge for period after the battery is removed.
