I am looking for a trusted garage to service my Focus ST to keep the warranty valid.
I have been reliably informed to avoid some of the larger chains that I will not mention.
Are there any good Ford dealers or any specialist that will use Ford parts?
Cheers.

Cannot comment on your local dealers because I am hundreds of miles away but was in a similar situation with my Astra turbo. Try looking for a well established independent who maybe does more prestigious or performance stuff like Mercs, BMWs, Jags etc. The mechanics are used to seeing performance cars so there is no novelty in getting something a bit quick, unlike some others (notably fast-fits) who mostly just deal with your average 1300/1600 cars and see it as an excuse just to rag the car round the block for "test" purposes. The last 2 garages who simply did my wheel balancing both felt the necessity to do this. Heaven knows how they'd treat an ST.
Always check but many of the decent independent establishments will use manufacturer parts as a matter of course and often advertise along the lines of being able to service cars with manufacturers parts and thus keep the warranty intact. For my last service 2 weeks ago I paid the local independent "performance" garage £155 incl VAT for oil, filters and brake fluid change compared with £237 incl VAT from main dealer. No complaints at all with their service and car had only 0.2 miles extra than when I took it in.
Incidentally, I was within a whisker of buying a Focus ST last year and it's probably the best all round car I have ever driven. The endless torque curve and THAT noise were especially intoxicating....but the sub-20mpg and high price tags (at that time anyway) finally put me off. Hope you are enjoying it anyway.

Thanks for the reply. I might give the so called prestige establishments a look.
I am delighted with the ST and the mpg is not too bad for a 2.5, 5 pot turbo.
Yes sub 20mpg on stop start runs through town, but I am averaging around 24-26mpg and I am not a slow driver. With more motorway runs 30mpg is not unrealistic.
