Not surprising if the ?collection? is so close to a public area.
Was this man on deals on wheels (old show by mike brewer and a another), i seem to remember a woman selling her trabant to him despite breaking down on the test drive!
He came alone so towed it away on a Mercedes e-class. I think she wanted 300 GBP for it, that was ten years ago.
