Dad's car has 70k miles on clock and is still trying to get to bottom of turbo problem which is a separate issue.
Indie he goes to says his timing belt gets changed at 80k miles so he has 10k to go. But I reckon there would also be a time limit as well, possibly 5 years or so?
Anyone got any up to date info on this?

Can't remember the engine code; but it'll be 90 or 96 thousand, depending on service schedule.
No time stated; but I reckon 8 years is long enough for any belt - even these.

i have it as 72,000 miles or 5 years but as screwloose rightly says to confirm we would need the engine number

Its a RHW engine, a 110hp 16-valve HDi.

It's 10 years or 100,000 miles.....if you're feeling brave enough

happy torque
ad says 72,000 miles or 5 years is ad incorrect or have they changed the schedule?

Think I may be thinking of the 8V HDI. That is 100K / 10yrs.....ignore me; stick with AutoData for this one
