For me the answer is definitely 'Yes'. Although it was a long time ago, I can remember the Ford Anglia with much satisfaction. Kisses came sooner but I just cannot be sure who was the first victim....there were so many of them.
Come to think of it, I seem to recall learning to kiss was less stressful than learning to drive and I passed the kissing test at my first attempt...even if I say so myself :o)
How was it for you?

No. I like cars but not that much

Having a clock like a bulldog, i never got to kiss many girls, so the few are fondly remembered.
I can't say as my first motors were anything to write home about, but if we're going to discuss the lovely ladies, count me in.

The car was a means to an end...:-)

The first girl I kissed was about half the age of my first car.
iirc she had cheery flavoured lipstick. That di not last long:-)
I have pictures of my first car.. 1929 Riley 9.

Yes. Datsun Sunny Coupe RNS182W. Great engine. Body work killed it off in the end. Drove it to the scrapy with the engine still running as sweet as a nut.

Reminds me of my first wife.

I can't remember either - except that they were both French!
|
Of course.
I would probably have only been a year or two old at the time of my first kiss. How do you expect me to remember that? :-)
|
Meh... they were both unreliable, not very pleasant to look at and caused me ridicule among my friends...

Should this be merged with the 'NCAP results for pick ups' thread?

Yesterday's Daily Mail should really be credited with the original query...:-)
