406 LX DT Registered Dec 1997, 2.1 engine. Distance and Trip Recorder still recording (has passed MoT) and comes on as should when ignition is switched on. Problem is the figures can only be read by shining a light on the read out. Have taken off instrucment panel and am met with what look like the back of a lot of bulbs. Local Peugeot service desk tell me over the phone that they are all bulbs. Are they correct and any body got any idea how they come out as they look rather delicate to me and is the temp guage also illiumated by a bulb becos this is only partially illuminated at night when the lights are switched on.
