Is it worth having this done with my annual service?

I have a low mileage five year old Mazda6.

It's very worthwhile for the garage. This stuff is marketed as an easy way to get another tenner's profit on every service.

If good oil and fuel have been used it shouldn't need it.

alot of mechanics wont put it in anyway...they'l steal it and use it on a private job

This was £12.99+VAT of the last service on the Scenic. I didn't ask for it, and they do it as a matter of course apparently.

Whether it went in the tank of course is another matter.
