Afternoon all
Apparently the only thing ACF 50 does not do is cure cancer.
As well stopping rusting, is it really not only safe on plastic and rubber, but good for it? (I won't br doing the tyres, don't worry!)
It's hard to tell how much out there on the net is hype.

It's good stuff.I ride all year round, through all the salt & bad winter/summer weather.None of my bikes have any corrosion damage. It goes a long way,so it doesn't work out too expensive. It sprays on as a thick moose, just wipe any excess away. Then use the cloth,to spread it around.Recomended!

"It sprays on as a thick moose",
The mind boggles!

I've no idea what ACF 50 is but it sounds like an old car registered in West Suffolk. In the light of the above, I hope it would have passed the elk test. :)

Does that mean 'it sprays on in the manner of a thick moose', ie. probably a bit wobbly on account of the lack of opposable thumbs and showing a lack of finesse that a more cerebral moose would display?

I give up!!! It's a service spray designed to protect ferrous metals against corrosion.I think it was originally marketed for Aviation & marine use. When you spray it on. it's very viscous, almost "foam" like. But it thins down & spreads into.things like electrical terminals, bushes & bearings etc.Try it & find out!

I have to say that if Nippy Normans sell it it can't be bad. They have a reputation amongst motorcyclists.

Hehe, many apologies - it's been one of those nights :)
I wonder if this would act as a reasonable alternative to underseal / slathering old engine oil on?
