05 Almera, window seals squeezed out - hefty
I have a recurring problem with both of my rear windows. On lowering then raising the windows, the vertical window seal squeeze from its channel. Both rear windows are the same, windows are electric. To date, I have had the seals replaced a few times, the regulator replaced and channel clips adjusted. Nissan main dealer is unable to come up with a cause or a solution. The car is 1998cc and year 2005. Thank you

SOunds like the glass is tight in the seal. Have you tried a silicone spray lubricant in the seal channel?

Yes I have, it was O.K. for a few days then problem came back. Also I hardly used the rear windows.

I imagine that with the advent of a/c, many are *never*opened.
