Jetta manufacture in Mexico. - oldgit
Does anyone know the course of manufacture of the new VW Jetta after it leaves Mexico?
My friend had ordered one some 9/10 weeks ago and apparently it has ended up in Emden, Germany. Does this mean that it is there for further 'finishing' or is it there for shipment to the UK?

At one stage this week, his dealer told him that they had 'lost' the car or could at least, not trace its current whereabouts, which does not seem very satifactory to me. Perhaps things will resolve themselves in the next few days
