Help- warning lights - peugeot 405 TD - duggie
My car is a peugeot 405 TD 1996, the problem i have is electrical, the radiator fan is now permanently on the temperature gauge has stopped working and the air bag warning light has come on, all these started at the same time , i would appreciate any advice.

Which airbag warning light has come on? The 405 has TWO of them.

Red one on the steering wheel or the yellow one on the instrument cluster?

Dodgy earth, check the battery connections as these are a awful design, check the main earth on top of the gearbox then onto the bodyshell.

If that doesnt cure then you need to start checking the earths, if you do take the instrument cluster out be warned the speedo cable is a right so & so to get back on again afterwards.

The air bag warning light is on the dash, i did notice awhile ago that the red light on the steering wheel started flashing but that stopped.

Help- warning lights - glowplug
When that happened to mine I found that a fuse in the drivers fusebox had blown. 5 Amp I think. However after replacing the fuse the airbag light wouldn't go off, I traced it to a faulty rotary airbag connector on the steering column. Got the part from a scrap yard.
