adjusting headlights for france. Pug 406 - mrbeginner
i am going to france in may and i know that the headlights have to be adjusted so can somebody tell me the best way round this (my car is a peugoet 406td estate) many thanks

Stick on 'beam benders' from Halfords etc will do the job, although judging from recent posts on here, no-one seems to bother anymore as the French police don't seem to care! Advisable to have a set in your boot though just in case you do get a pull, along with the 1st aid kit, warning triangle, fire extinguisher, hi-viz waistcoat and spare bulb kit that is also recommended for French motoring.

If you are going for a short stay buy the stick on beam adjusters. If you are going to live in france you will have to change your headlights to french spec ones, go to your local french peugot dealer.
